The SuperNatural Lifestyle

little info
Nothing inaccurate in the book but just to simplistic. Precious few illustration, diagrams, tables or graphs. Most importantly, no references (one page+ of further readings) and no index!I am a chemist and have been body building for several decades. I understand physiological chemistry, nutrition and various workout methods and routines. I have read both popular and text books over that time. THE two standouts in the last 10 years are:Body by Science, 2009, Doug McGuff and John Little. Scientific, practical, to the point and readable.andScience and Development of Muscle Hypertrophy, 2016 / 2nd ed, 2021, Brad Schoenfeld. Might be a bit deep for some, but serious references and studies in comparative tables throughout.

New lifestyle!
This book is very informative and has become a guide line. I have recently learned I have diabetes in which I changed how I look at food. I have changed all thoughts on how I eat and has helped!!

More studying than reading
It's very complicated to read a lot of scientific words etc. There are some examples of 'diet' plans they are valuable and pragmatic.

A must have!!
This book's an eye opener, even though I was pretty sure to know 'what works' with flexible dieting, counting macro's and caloric intake.

Great book!
If you get this book you wont be dissapointed, everything to need to know is explained in so much detail! It teaches you a lot you wouldn't even imagine about nutrition. I've been following the supernatural lifestyle 2 weeks and the changes in the mirror and the way I feel are immense! Thanks Aaron W. Reed.
