Grand Hall Xenon Charcoal Grill Charcoal, mehrfarbig

Very poorly made the door doesn't shut properly. Tried several attempts to call and then emailed their customer service department (twice) which is overseas. Finally got through to someone who advised me to but a washer from home base; not what you expect considering the price. I also enquired about a cover for this product and the chap promised to call back the following week once he had checked his stock. I heard nothing. I have emailed again, three days later I have heard nothing back. I do not usually bother to write reviews but the Grandhall experience is particularly poor.
