Easy to assemble, very sharp and works well. Lightweight to handle and although obviously not a sturdy as the more expensive metal versions it is well suited for occasional home use.

Had a small project 1000 small wrappers and using the very sharp and intimidating blade it cut through them easily. after using the fears were unwarranted as very safe to use as long as you keeps your hand on the plastic Gard holding paper in place. would not go over max amount as will cut but might shift slightly. nice handle and good quality cuts nice straight edges. i made a cut guide using some removable magic tape that made repetitive cutting easy.

Much better over time with a guillotine than then slide across blades that tend to misalign. Still going strong and cutting a whole class set is much more efficient! Made my planning and printing for work a little easier. Sturdy design and paper doesn’t slide if you push down on the guide. Very happy.

Very very sharp. Does exactly what it’s supposed to but beware how sharp the blade is. Cut my finger just getting it out of the box!

This guillotine was working well, but dangerously broke this week. The small, plastic piece preventing the blade from opening past about 60 degrees, suddenly snapped and the blade sprung open to 180 degrees, nearly seriously cutting a member of staff. I emailed the supplier about the issue who never responded. Very disappointed and concerned for the safety of others using this.

this was brilliant for the first few days but the I noticed the actual blade moving. so I tightened it. then the blade was catching the side of the base and chipping. tried to get in contact with seller but no luck as yet

Really sharp and dangerous. Just picking up and moving it, your hand can easily touch the blade edge even when it is closed. But it's sharpness is essential for cutting. Accuracy in the cut is a problem as the document plate ends at the blade with the document dangling over the edges, and without clear vision under the blade you can't see how much is being cut. It is trial and error. If the blade had a slotted passthrough with measurement plate either side it would support the document past the cut and be much more accurate.

Super, coupe très propre

Für 35 Euro ein Super produkt. Schneidet sehr gut. Auch laminiertes papier. Der verstellbare Anschlag lässt einen schnell arbeiten wenn man immer die gleichen größen zuschneidet. Voll und ganz zufrieden.

macht einen stabilen Eindruck und ist für A4 gut geeignet. Was mir nicht gefällt ist die viel zu kleine und zu kurze Anschlagsleiste. Sie wird ihrer Funktion nicht gerecht und ist keine Hilfe beim Schneiden gerader Schnitte. Bei den auf die Schnittfläche aufgedruckten Formatkennzeichnungen fehlt mir das gerade bei kleinen Schneidemaschinen wichtige Format A6.

Scharfes Teil, jedoch: Wenn man es in der Hand hält, stellt man fest, dass es relativ leicht ist. Bislang allerdings hat es alles gut bewältigt. Schneidet durch die Andruckplatte auch mehrere Seiten gleichmäßig und gerade. Auf Messers Schneide: Ob es für den regelmäßigen täglichen Gebrauch stabil genug wäre, wage ich zu zu bewzeifeln, da gibt es sicher welche, die besser abschneiden. Insofern ist der Kauf eine zweischneidige Angelegenheit: Wenn man keine allzu hohen Ansprüche an Robustheit und Gewicht hat und nur gelegentlich Papier schneidet, ist man gut beraten - will man mehr, muss man wohl auch mehr ausgeben.
