Cuts accurately, it’s heavy, NEVER run it in reverse direction.
1. Heavy. 2. Durable. 3. There’s no locknut. Never spin up your drill in the REVERSE direction because when you take your finger off the drill trigger, the chuck stops, but this very heavy metal cutting implement instantly backs itself OFF the mandrel, going freely into space. If you’re like me, you’ll instinctively grab for it: big mistake. Thank God it’s rotating backwards and the cutting teeth only burned my hand instead of ripping it to shreds! 5. Made a perfect hole in the 5/8” solid wood wall that I was cutting. 6. Does its job perfectly.

Well crafted drill with spring
I drill holes into hard gourds for birdhouses. I love the spring around the drill bit that keeps the round core from cramming into the drill. Works good, drill is sharp, holds it's place for safety, and makes a smooth crisp hole.

Did the job
I was reasonably priced and did the job I bought it for.

Did OK with me...
The reviews are right. This thing will unscrew itself in a new york minute when you let go the trigger. It doesn't matter how tight you get it. It will not say on unless you let it slow down against the wood. The hole it makes is top notch and it held up perfectly for the dozen holes I had to drill in 1/4" plywood.

Does what it is meant to do
This did a great job for me. I went through 108-year-old siding, 2x materials, and aluminum siding. I had to go outside to finish because it was not deep enough to get through everything, but it held up and is ready for the next job.

A very good holesaw
I needed a 3-inch hole in the top of a bucket, and this did the trick. It's very sturdy and cuts well.

Central bit Brooke with first use, saw wouldn't stay on either
Umm, okay so the saw screws onto the bit holder and then... Screws itself off as soon as you go to cut. Perfect. The central bit BROKE the first time I tried to cut anyway, just in case the pressure was supposed to keep it on? There's no instructions, so I was absolutely guessing about trying to make this work, but breaking without so much as drilling a single hole is absolutely unacceptable.
