The Set had most of the seals that I needed for a Subaru head gasket replacement.
The head gasket set worked for a 2008 Subaru Outback H-4 non-turbo. The kit did not have the real main seal. It also did not have the oil filler tube O-ring. I can think of lots of advice for Fel-Pro, like adding some labels to all the O-rings. Some of the O-rings are about the same size. That makes it a challenge to pick the correct ones.I would also appreciate it if the Set had 17 or 18 valve stem seals instead of 16. If a stem seal doesn't set right it needs be removed to be re-set. Removing the seal usually damages it, so you have to buy another set of 16 seals to replace the one damaged seal.I had to remove one of the hard brass ring rivets on one of the head gaskets. The rivet sat right on the mating surface between the head and the engine case.I can't speak to how well the head gaskets hold up. But they looked like good head ones. Multi layer steel (layers held together with the ring rivets).

Did not get what is pictured....
Clearly shows 4 valve steam protectors (which are a MUST)...but the package I was sent only had 2...Bummer! 5 stars other than that...wish there was a way to get more...they are a lifesaver and FelPro is the only one I have found that offers them.

The stem seals are great. Perfect replacement for OE part. Haven't figured out how the installation sleeves are supposed to work, though. I know what they're for, but they don't seem to fit (too big) and I didn't want to risk possibly over-stretching the seal by forcing it through.

tight fit - small diameter compared to Subaru item 13211AA110
Construction seemed like quality but fit did not match OE. After struggling to get these seals onto Subaru EJ253 (2006 2.5L non-turbo SOHC from a subaru outback) cylinder head valve guides during a headgasket replacement, I went down to the local Subaru and bought one 13211AA110 "exhaust" seal to see how they compared. My micrometer is not great, but the outside diameter of the fel-pro was obviously smaller. The inside diameter was close but the thickness of the rubber seemed thinner than the OE part. Moreover, the OE part popped on easily with a nice snap feel. The fel-pros I had to wiggle and smash and never "clipped" in to the groove around the top of the guides. Going to have to pull the other head back off and redo all the seals with OE. I give it 2 stars because of fast shipping and decent looking construction.
