I really like it, it is a product that makes my job easier only if when we pick up the size of the rooster, you create something big, it would be good if it had accessories to be able to make smaller dices. But it is amazing how you can cut everything. By the way, knives should be treated carefully because they are very sharp.

This product works like a charm just like the video I got done with my vegetables for 5 gallons of soup in record time !!!! LOVE IT !!!

Didn’t survive very long. Had to return it. Plugged too easily, and we weren’t hard on it. Plastic gear sheared and it was done Commercial quality would address the shear of the heat by either: 1) keep the shear for safety reasons, but include spares (like a snowblower) 2) not have a component that shears so easily

I initially loved the Newhai 4 in 1 Commercial Vegetable Chopper. It’s multifunctional, with automatic dicing and slicing capabilities that worked wonderfully. This machine handled everything from onions to sweet potatoes with ease, making meal prep significantly faster and more efficient. However, my excitement turned to disappointment when the chopper broke after about a month of use. The blade cut into the top piece, which is also metal, causing damage. It appears that the spring between the blade and the twist cap got wedged into the hole where the blade screws in, rendering the machine unusable. This was quite frustrating, especially since the machine had performed so well up to that point. Another downside is the difficulty in cleaning. The part where the food pieces fall through the hole is attached to the body and cannot be detached. This makes it cumbersome to clean thoroughly, and food particles can get stuck, requiring extra effort to ensure it’s hygienic for the next use. Despite these issues, I'm sending the broken chopper in for a replacement. I’m hopeful that my unit was just a dud and that the replacement will perform as well as the first one did initially, without the mechanical failure. When it worked, it was fantastic, and I really want to give it another chance. If the replacement proves to be durable, this chopper could still be a valuable addition to any kitchen.

This will finally chop your vegetables in no time flat. I use this to chop tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions. It did a great job with all three. The only problem is that even with the larger chopping blade. The cubes were very small. That’s not a problem for most things, but I have a son with the texture issue who will not eat diced vegetables in salads that are that small, think pico de gallo size. For most people it is not an issue. With the two different size plungers you can fit vegetables and fruits of all sizes to chop. The one downside of this unit is that cleaning is not all that easy. There may be an easier process that I have not figured out, but since the vegetable pieces get stuck in the unit itself, and it is not submersible in water, it was difficult to get all of the pieces clean. The blades themselves are removable, but the hopper and the parts of the machine were harder to clean. Because of this, I would only pull this out for large amounts of chopping, not every day use.
