Full disclosure: I'm not a chef. We're just a regular couple who cooks for survival, not for the Joy of Cooking. However, using these knives REALLY makes a chore much easier thus enjoyable. I consider them very sharp and the handles are easy to grip. The form provides excellent function for our needs and they look GREAT too. What more is there?

Great bread knife. This is tough enough to go through a dry sourdough with no problems. Very sharp and easy to clean.

Overall excellent, minus 1 star for handle protuding a hair from bolster in 1 spot.

Very sharp

I've only been baking bread for a few months now but got frustrated with what I previously thought were good bread knives in my knife collection. THIS knife is the bomb. It makes quick work of slicing home baked bread without smashing or tearing your bread. Very effective with soft bread as well as a crusty sourdough. There is no going back. Can't do without this knife now.
