Good earphones, but charging cable and instructions missing

bought for a present just the job.

Kitsound have pretty good sound and these are just as good as more higher priced headphones. battery is pretty good but I have two pairs now so swap between the two to keep one set charged all the time. I also use these plugged in if the battery goes.....with a long enough cable.

Bought these to replace my old KS Hive Buds which have finally kicked it after serving me well for 2 years, my old ones had great sound quality and battery life would highly recommend them, not from this retailer - save your time and effort and buy them from robert dyas or some other actual shop. The ones I received from here were so clearly fake, not like the picture shown on the listing and nothing like the real ones which I've shown in the photos for comparison (the real ones are on the left the gold ones and the fake ones which I received are the silver ones).First off they're not the product I was shown in the picture, they're clearly very different from the original ones, they're about 5 inches short in length, when you connect them to the bluetooth it doesn't show up under the same name as the real ones and the sound quality is absolutely abysmal... only buy these if you want to go through what I have and just have all the effort of sending them back and waiting for your refund.Such a waste of time, effort and money.

Sound quality is really good. I love them. Ordered one day and delivered the next. Really good service.

All in all a great product for the price you pay. Connected easily to my device and works well.

Its only connected for calls not for media or songs. As I used before that product it connected to media as well. Its defective piece.
