They are very comfortable and very practical. I got the lesser versions that just slip on and there was no real tension to do any real help for my rheumatoid arthritis so I returned those and I bought these. They're definitely a lot more comfortable than the first pair I got that were short, but the material felt like wool and it was so uncomfortable. Then I got long sleeve ones I got that I use for outdoors like when I go E bike riding, and those are great to block sun as well but we're just around the house and doing chores, these are awesome!

I have tendonitis in my right elbow. a regular compression sleeve wasn't helping enough, so I decided to try this support brace because I could adjust the strap. I don't overly tighten the strap, but sometimes I just want to take off the brace to let my arm breathe and let the blood flow...I'm still actively needing the brace, but it gets uncomfortable after extended use. If you use this less than 2 and 1/2 hours, you'll be fine, but if you try to use this for 6 to eight hours while working, then take it off during your lunch break. Material is impressive and does not feel cheap, it hasn't stretched out or started to smell funky. So that's a plus.I do recommend, but be careful to size it right, depending on how muscular your forearms are, or if you have big biceps/triceps.

Exactly what I needed, I felt no pain while working in the yard today thank goodness! I have been working pretty hard for the past month, doing a lot of things that require repetitive motion, raking leave, pressure washing, working in the yard. My dominant arm became so sore I almost couldn't use it, my elbow would hurt so bad when I would pick just my cup up. So after using my trusty doctor Google, I knew I needed at the very least come sort of compression for stability, I bought a one size one from walmart, apparently that company and I don't see eye to eye on one size i tried to put it on twice, yes folks twice, and i hurt worse than before I bought it. So I finally shoved it in the box and went to amazon. It comes two in a box has different sizes with easy to follow instructions on where to measure for your correct sizing, has non slip bands on top and bottom to keep the brace in place and an adjustable strap for the forearm. The color is nice, I should have went with my gut and got a medium instead of a the large but was afraid it would fit like the one size, my arm measured a 12.5 in so I went with the large, It is still comfortable and works great, but maybe would have gotten better compression from the medium. Its a great color, I will warn you there is a "new smell" but that type of thing doesn't bother me, just lets me know its unused. All in all, price shipping, usefulness, style, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the company does offer to exchange it if you get the wrong size and want to exchange, I am opting to not go without mine ever again so I do not want to send it back to test the medium! If you are looking for a brace for tennis elbow this is the brand to go with.

The Elbow Compression is working great. I have had liquid get into my elbow and cause it to swell. I need something to put pressure on the elbow hoping to stop the place that was leaking. This elbow compression has helped a lot and it does not feel uncomfortable. I give it it 4.5 rating.

I liked the brace it just wasn’t the right one for my situation I’m having with my arm. Returned but may buy it in the future when needed.

I have come back to edit my original review. The company went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. These braces work great and I am very happy they come in extended sizes. I have larger arms from years of lifting. Finally being able to have some relief is great. Thank you!

It does work to help on my tendinitis. I use it every time I’m out there swinging a golf club or using my hedge trimmer. Materials they used, though, isn’t durable enough from the velcrow

The velcro strap is alright too, but be careful when adhering it to make sure you don't accidentally have it touch the other/normal parts of the fabric too - it's strong enough to potentially rip up strands or cause fraying.It used to be about $22, but now it's around $44, so it's gotten rather expensive and there are certainly cheaper options available on Amazon. That said, this solution been confirmed to work for my mom so I'm satisfied.

Others the velcro strap isn’t strong enough and tears away.
