The product that I received came in different packaging than the photo. The package also had a food allergen warning - "packaged in a facility that uses nuts and dairy" - that was not stated anywhere on the product page. We have severe food allergies in our family, so we cannot use this and it's not eligible for return. I tried reaching out to the manufacturer for clarification about the warning, but received no response. Would not recommend.

I bought this to make lemongrass tea and it's chopped way finer than the product image. Nothing like the picture, very unhappy.

It's too fine, any strainer you have won't be able to strain it, it's not like the pictures it's much finer than the pictures. No returns either.

I can’t recommend the lemon grass from the seller. What is pictured is not what I received. I receive extremely fine strands of lemongrass and not the chunky earth the look of lemongrass I expected larger pieces and not angel hair fine strands.

It comes in a small jar not a bag as shown. Very nice taste and the grind is good.

This product came with the seal broken causing the item to lose all its smell and flavor. seller refuses to refund purchase. Do not buy.

When i received lemomgrass pack, i was not sure about the product quality and authenticity. But i thought to try it. It is amazing. After brewing, it gives a very nice lemongrass fragrance and flavour was also good.
