Good reasonably priced expresso machine
Easy to set up, nice quality looks smart in kitchen, did not like the coffee scoop / tamper as was made of pvc or similar product found the coffee grounds attached to it due to static, changed to a stainless steel one, also added a mesh filler to mix to save having to clean grounds off the water ejector. Overall I like this machine o complaints.

Good entry-level machine
This espresso machine is my first, I nromally use a cafetiere for fresh coffee but was eager to have fresh espressos and espresso based coffees, such as cappuccinos, at home. The machine is easy to use, but i've found that the double-shot basket doesn't let much water through the espresso grounds and the resulting espresso is... thicker/heavier, it's not quite right. If I put a double shot of water through the single basket, I get much more coffee in the cup. The manual suggests this is because the espresso is ground too fine - I've been pre-ground espresso (Illy and Caffe Nero) specifically intended to be used in espresso machines, so I'm sceptical. Perhaps it's something im doing wrong, or perhaps the double shot basket has not been made well and isn't allowing as much water through.I would suggest this is a fairly budget machine - while the footprint is good, there's a lot of plastics in the build. There are also some areas with a lack of attention to detail, for example buttons on the front of the machine are a silver circle with a grey plastic rim - the silver circles are a little off-centre.My biggest complaint by far is the height of the machine. The spout could be higher up to allow me to get my milk jug underneath easier, and there really isn't much room at all for your espresso cup. I didn't expect to fit a regular mug in there, but I had to buy specifically small espresso cups, as many options are around 1cm too tall. My cups are 6cm tall and fit nicely. I believe 7cm tall would fit, but 7.5cm definitely wont.Despite these few issues I'm really enjoying this machine and the coffees I've been making. I can see myself in the future upgrading to a more premium machine, but this is a nice entry-level and for an okay price (around £140 at the time of writing).

Small cups
Only use very small cups as height for both steamer and brewing very short in height. Noisy. Grill on bottom that collects water is sharp. Edgesso different then expecting 🤔
