Better than expected.
i bought this because i did not want to carry the bulky pwr adopter from work to home everyday. And for a back up.Good product, no issues, slim design, met my high expectation. Saved few trips to my office already.

It works fine and at a great price. The packaging was phenomenal. Good sized box and came with a couple extras. I was wowed.

Works great
It is not an elbow plug as depicted in the picture, but it still attaches well and works great. Yay, no complaints here.

Not the problem with my laptop
It's not the adapter that I thought was bad. It was the jack on the lap top that has an issue.
