Amazing, love these phones, phones look New and work excellent . Arrived in plain packaging, well packed to protect the phone . Shipped and arrived quickly.

I had the Note 20 and they stopped making updates so I had to purchase. I had been seeing ads for the Z Fold 7 so I started researching since that was way too much. This was the best value for the best version of the phone. Any model before this from what I read has that gap when you shut it. I was concerned since I've never had anything like this. It is bulky. But honestly its not as inconvenient as I thought at all. It doesn't bother me and it was one of my biggest hangup. The seam doesn't bother me when its open. The screen protector for the large screen is super bendable which was another worry for me. The case I got for it protects the Phone fully which was another concern I had since the price is a bit more than I would normally spend. I got the pen and I was skeptical with the protectors but the s pen works perfectly. The phone had a little dirt on it but it was in perfect condition when I got it. I would recommend cleaning the charging port or at least checking it. It all depends on how the previous owner maintained it really. Over all this is a 10/10. I am with Cricket and this is definitely compatible. I've had the phone for.......3 weeks now I think and everything is perfect so far.

Refurbished items come with a 90-day warranty but unfortunately with the Fold 5 I've been through three of them now. Although I bought the refurbished phone in excellent condition now, at 4 and 1/2 months post purchase, neither the wireless or Bluetooth work. This is a known problem with Samsung Fold, at least in this version of the 5. The plastic inner screen on which they do not want you to put a protector is also a weakness. Since the phone was a little bit more expensive when I bought it it ended up costing me more than $100 a month for a phone that is now useless. If you are going to buy one of these I recommend springing for a warranty plan. If you have a need for a large display they are delightful to use when they are working but I am done with the fragility and I'm going back to a standard phone format for now. Hello Apple? Can you make us something tough?

I'm very happy with my phone. The size of screen when unfolded is great for watching videos. I purchased this one refurbished. I had to return the first one I got, but this one has given me no problems. I bought my wife a refurbished one as well, and she is very happy with hers too. I would recommend.

Great phone. I had the 3 and 4th gen, when to iPhone and wanted to have an option to go back go this phone. Amazing screens, perfect battery life on mine via setting readings and overall great phone. It has always had an oddly thin cover screen but the overall quirkiness of the phone is pretty unmatched. For the price, and 512gb is an absolute steal compared to other phones. The only thing I am not a fan of is the camera, apple still has that for them but other than that, highly recommend.

A beautiful phone! Everything on it works PERFECTLY!! I went a month before I ordered it for myself as a birthday gift. Definitely unlocked, definitely in brand new condition. I think everyone should get this phone, its price isn’t so bad on a refurbished excellent condition. On Samsung.com it’s like 1500 or more. Definitely get it on Amazon it’s worth buying !!

Excelentes condiciones, estado físico 100%, llegó antes de tiempo. Solo tengo la duda de la batería, se calienta demasiado cuando lo estoy cargando y/o transmitiendo con smartview.

Llegó excelente tardo solo horas en llegar no más de 12 horas, el equipo está impecable no tiene ni un solo rayon ni nada está prácticamente nuevo muy recomendado, en cuanto al celular es muy bueno excelentes pantallas

Bien el equipo pero es reconstruido y en el título no indica que lo es, llega en caja genérica y con cable generico. El equipo no es nuevo es usado.
