This is a robust stepper. It requires no assembly. The stretchy resistance tubes aren't very good. I think they are unnecessary - I find it better to use a light dumbbell rather than the bands which seemed either too long or too short. The stepping action is smooth , its not noisy but there is a noise as the foot plate returns to the starting position . Its not excessive or unacceptable. I have used the stepper every day for about a month.I can feel that my leg muscles have been working and they might a little more toned. I would not expect to 'see' results for perhaps another month. There is a timer , step counter and calorie counter on the display until . It comes with a little carpet mat ( nylon type carpet) . The stepper doesn't take up a great deal of room - easy to keep in the corner or under a table when not in use . It's great for using when watching TV and actually quite enjoyable . I probably would not recommend if you have balance or frailty issues as one feels quite elevated when standing on the stepper. Overall a good product, it does provide a workout and it's quick and easy just to get it out , use, and put away again . I have found that because it's compact and doesn't have to be stored under a bed or in a cupboard - I actually use it !

I use it in combination with a vibration plate which helps me a lot with my lack of movements during the day due to 9-5 corporate job. Every time when I have a little time I jump on the stepper and get my body moving. I even bought 2x1 kg weights to make my upper body moving as well while on the stepper (see video).The stepper arrived with resistance bands and they provide additional upper body resistance training if you prefer using that one, bands will engage muscles in arms, shoulders, and back while stepping or climbing. This combination of lower and upper body exercises help me to maximize the overall workout.It has a built-in monitor that displays essential workout metrics such as step count, time, and calories burned. The stepper operates smoothly and quietly, allowing for a comfortable exercise session without disturbing others.One potential drawback of this machine is the absence of a handle or railing for support while using the stair climber function. However, for me it's perfect as I have good balance and am comfortable with using a stepper or stair climber without hand support.If you're looking for a space-saving and strong workout equipment option, this machine is great and highly recommended.

Really been useful. First product was defective, contacted customer service and got a replacement with a week during Christmas. Have been using it frequently for almost two months with no issues

The media could not be loaded.  Brand new item only just received and with several issues. Display doesn’t count and is glitchy between changing settings. Branding letters have fallen off on their own. Arrived greasy - not sure if that was intentional? Resistant bands fling off when in use. The only reason I marked it up was because it does actually feel like a sturdy piece of equipment and is easy to use if just using as a stepper without the attachments.

This has been a great purchase for getting me more active on days my depression and anxiety won't let me leave the house to exercise. It stays permanently in the living room in sight as a reminder to exercise and it takes up very little room. It works really well and makes no noise so I don't annoy the neighbours with any annoying squeaking. I can pop the TV on or an audiobook whilst I'm using it to keep my mind busy and keep it fun and me more motivated to use it.

I bought this item on the 7th August, and this week I notice it was extremely unsteady, I haven’t used it that much and it’s broken. I am sooooo disappointed, I wasted my money.Update: 1/1/24If it’s one thing I have to come back and say. This company is very professional and they respond promptly and effectively to issues. I give them 10/10 in customer relations.

This mini stepper is small but sturdy gives great resistance I step for about an hour a day and love it plus it came with a small square carpet to protect floors easy to clean and easy storage

I have a seditary job literally have gained 30 pds in 2.5 years I walk up maybe twenty steps of stairs to my office that’s it and I’m winded so I bought this to help me get back in shape with eating right etc of course but this came right out of the box and ready to go I personally didn’t have to make any adjustments except to add the bands to it but I’m not ready for that just yet my balance is a little wobbly haha but I love it so far it’s not very loud but it’s not absolutely quiet but if I had to measure the noise on a 1-5 scale 5 being the loudest it’s a 1.5 it comes with a mat as well which is great and some oil and two little tools but again I didn’t use anything yet the lcd screen works great but even if it doesn’t I wouldn’t care I dnt need to count steps that’s dumb I just do the wrk out for 10-15 mins as long as I feel the burn in wrk up a sweat I’m good with that and I did it today 4 different times I literally put this on the side of my bed so as soon as I wake up I’ll start my day with a 10 min little walk

Nachdem ich (63) in den letzten Wochen immer öfter Beschwerden in meinen Knien hatte, hab ich mir zum Muskelaufbau, diesen Stepper bestellt und bereue es absolut nicht. Ich hab ihn gestern erst erhalten und bisher nur 4 x für ca 5-7 Minuten getestet und doch merke ich beim Treppensteigen schon enorme Fortschritte. :-)Meine Knie spüre ich kaum noch und ich bin wirklich froh, noch rechtzeitig mit diesem Muskeltraining begonnen zu haben.Da ich leider auch kein "Leichtgewicht" bin, kann ich wirklich sagen, dieser Stepper steht bombenfest und hält auch "Wuchtbrummen" aus. ;)Von mir bisher eine absolute Kaufempfehlung.

Me parece un producto estupendo. Es muy robusto. Los pedales son grandes y cómodos y sobre todo, tienen mucho recorrido con lo que el ejercicio que se hace es mucho más efectivo.La presión de cada pedal es uniforme y la fuerza que hay que emplear está muy bien calibrada.Además, el fabricante tiene el detalle de incluir una bolsa con lubricante por si, más adelante, se necesita.No puedo opinar sobre las bandas de resistencia porque aún no las he probado, pero parecen de calidad, a juego con el producto.Hasta ahora no puedo ponerle ningún pero. Los hay más baratos, pero si se puede pagar un poco más, en mi opinión, merece la pena.Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Me gustó bastante el material, muy fácil de usar.
