Rubbish
Bought the phone for my son as was classed as rugged - waterproof and shockproof.Screen cracked and although it still works, has lost the abolity to be waterprrof and/or dustproof. As he works outside the phone is now useless. Not impressed.

Pros and Cons but generally good....until the battery failed
A lot to like:- fantastic battery life...50% left at the end of a busy day- tough and durable- plenty of memory and storage- fair price- good screenSome very bad things though:- huge!- buttons stick out so constantly get pressed by mistake- doesn't seem to get a signal as reliably add other phones, even on the same network (virgin/EE)A few gripes:- no user manual online anywhere- when I tried a Qi wireless charger in a shop it didn't work so I haven't bought one- needs lengthened usb connector on the charging cable- rubber waterproof cover for charger cable is tough to open- fingerprint sensor hardly ever worksAfter 4 months, the battery suddenly started getting quite hot and would die after 4-5 hours when it used to last 2 days. At this point it went back and I bought a Moto G6 play which is a real bargain
