Hello, the answer is yes. If you are willing to move it from room to room to use it or use the HVAC system of the house to circulate the O-Zone, it is more than sufficient to do that size space. You should only use it when no one is around. For an enclosed space, allow 12 hours after use before occupying the space. Ozone is generated. Not good for humans, but it will kill mold.
