Definitely what I wanted.

When I bought this I imagined it to be a fairly academic treatise on Egyptian Art similar to Schafer's Principles of Egyptian Art however I was disappointed to find it is a large (A4) book packed with photographs but lacking, I feel, in substance.

Using it for my research its just what I needed for my course on Egyptology as I am doing distant learning.Thank you

This book is really well written with good quality images for illustrating architectural features. This book is more directed at a general level of interest to undergrad.

Great information on Egyptian architecture!!

Good book

Basic, there was a stamp on the first page that said the book was discarded because it was outdated and not updated - so think about that. I'm interested in pre-historic art and cultures, so that's why I purchased. It's interesting to go through and read, and look at the pictures, but if you're an academic, it's not going to do you any good and it won't be a reliable source.
