After a basal cell carcinoma was surgically removed on my face, I went online to discover how to improve the appearance of the incision. Doctor said to keep moist with Vaseline products, which are messy with petroleum as part of the ingredients. I saw this product and decided to try it. Since I am allergic to many fragrances and the incision was by my nose, I appreciate that there was no noticeable fragrance. I like that it stays moist without looking like Vaseline or aquafor. It is even moist after sleeping with or without a bandage. The incision healed well. There is a scar, but between this product and a silicone gel after it healed, the scar is not as bad as anticipated. It is also due to the skilled dermatologist who did the Mohs surgery. Unfortunately, I just had a second basal removed on my face so I am using it again. I am thankful for the results. I have had no irritation and the ingredients seem simple. I do recommend.

This stuff is the best! My only complaint is that the containers don't hold much. It does come in a large tube, though, and I bought that too.

Amazing, non-toxic ointment, skip the others toxic petroleum. My wound loves it, keeps it hydrated and soft.

This is my holy grail product and I honestly gatekeep it. Works to heal blemishes quick and also helps with dry skin. Very clean product. Content wise it’s somewhat sticky and has a gel consistency. Though it’s a little on the pricey side it’s definitely worth it as I’ve yet to come across a product as effective.

This is the best face and eye balm that I have ever used. Period. A little about me: I’m a woman in my 60s that has used the highest end products sold in Saks and Neiman Marcus as well as brands on Amazon for my face and body. I’m also conscious of the ingredients that are used and focus on that over the hype. I rarely write a review but felt that I must in order to keep this product profitable and continued. Despite a lifetime of good skin care, after menopause, it’s a constant battle to avoid waking up in the morning with a face looking like The Crypt-keeper. Many premium brands are fabulous and hydrating during the day (I still use them), but fail to provide that heavy hydration throughout the night and into the morning for a woman with very dry skin in her 60s who tosses and turns in her sleep. I dotted this balm around the eye area and my driest spots - - after washing my face, applying a serum, and a good moisturizer all over the face, neck and décolleté. I did not use this balm all over my entire face and neck. We old ladies know which are our driest patches. To my shock, I have consistently found that the area around my eyes still feels moist and hydrated in the mornings when I wake up, in a way that no other products in recent years have achieved. The formulation is limited to simple ingredients with castor and glycerin. The tube delivery is best to keep the product from getting contaminated with constant finger dipping. Castor oil is known for being great for lashes and eyebrows, but I’m careful not to get the balm into my eye. If you have oily or combination skin, this product may not be for you. I hope this product never gets discontinued because I am now a huge fan.

I love this balm! However, I prefer the old packaging much more. It seemed thicker, and it was easy to tell how much was left. Don’t like the new packaging at all. It’s pretty, but not user friendly imho. The product comes out much more liquidy. Although I give this 4 stars because I use it on my lips when I go to sleep- and they are moisturized when I awaken. No other bam I’ve tried does this!

Amazing balm, perfect for travel- especially flying and dry skin. Absorbs perfectly and good for sensitive skin.

Three tiny tubes of Vaseline. Save your money. Not worth the cost.
