I've been taking Shilajit for a few weeks now. They were very good value for money and I can already feel the benefits. I have more energy,I am sleeping alot better and these tablets are easy to take they don't have any after taste and don't upset the stomach like a couple of other brands of tablets that I've taken b4 have.

I have seen so much lately on social media about shilajit and thought it may be like most products pushed on social media, fake and bad for your health. However I thought I would give it a try and I have to say after 2 weeks I have felt a difference in both how I feel each day and also performance when exercising and recovery. This stuff is great and would recommend to anyone who wants to try shilajit but in a tablet form.

Very happy with this version of Shilajit. Have tried others, however, I have felt considerably better after taking this brand. I found it easy to swallow, and fast acting. The pills are a sensible size and had a very positive effect on my mood. There was also no unpleasant after taste. All in all, I would highly recommend, I was very happy and would most certainly buy again.

The product was delivered promptly and was well packaged. I liked that the product was available in a convenient tablet form which was easy to dispense with minimum mess when compared to the resin. I had previously taken a high quality shilajit in resin form for 3 months which initially seemed to provide a slight energy boost. However, I had also been ingesting other supplements at the time. This product also provided a slight energy boost, particularly when taken with caffeine and there was little difference between the effect of this product and the much more expensive resin. My energy levels did not increase significantly over a 2 month period, which I was hoping to achieve.
