Beautiful Chandelier
I was very hesitant about purchasing this chandelier. It sat in my cart for over a month while I try to find something similar in person. I was skeptical about the quality of the crystals and if it would be a cheap looking quality. Needless to say, I was so satisfied with how it turned out. Looks beautiful in my high ceiling foyer. It is a beautiful statement to any room. The remote works perfectly. I had a little bit of a challenge figuring out how to get the app to sync. Once I did, it was just icing on the cake. Great buy. As of now, no regrets!

Pretty but not what expected
This product was difficult to install because of the spikes holding "crystals" which are hard plastic. The instructions were a joke. The ceiling cover on amazon image was white or silver. What we received was a dark gray construction grade style box with what looked like blue stickers. My husband assumed it was a film we could remove and installed lamp. We could not remove and now I am trying to paint the box to make it presentable. I just do not want to go through trouble of removing, packing and returning. I would not purchase again.

Beautiful but very heavy. They should've put more stainless steel cables just because it's so heavy and it's kind of pulling on one side. It's visible if you look very careful.
