Ideal for continuous temperature monitoring during cooking, this Oven Needle Probe has a 6mm Diameter shaft and a pencil tip point to allow ease of penetration, as well as a Stainless Steel T-Bar Handle. It has a wide temperature range of -100 to 400°C, and therefore is suitable for use on frozen, semi-solid and cooked foods. Thermistor type. Supplied to tails for hardwire fitting, with a 2m Braided Stainless Steel Cable, allowing you to leave the probe in the oven whilst continuously measuring temperature. Measures: 130 x 6mm
