Quality was top tear, was hesitant because of the bad review it had but order it been using it for a while now with no problems. The bad review say it doesn't come with instructions but it's on the cap, he didn't see it, which is annoying because this product deserves its 5 star rating.

J’avais l’habitude d’utiliser des chewing-gums que je mettais en boule et que j’étalais , ces anneaux sont lisses comme un chewing-gum et musclent pour de vrai ! Tout ce que j’ai fais jusqu’a maintenant est Pipi comparé à la traction que me force à faire ces anneaux . Génial

Tiny slithers of rubber just like little rubber washers. They don't actually achieve any suction or help you with mewing whatsoever. You're better off with a cheap piece of gum if you want something between your tongue and roof of your mouth when mewing. $38 for 5 cents of thin rubber that literally does nothing except leave a toxic taste in your mouth?! This is literally the biggest scam going on Amazon. Regular mewing is great, but don't waste your money on scam garbage like this.
