Bei dem Thema Ofenventilatoren scheiden sich die Geister. Ich finde diesen jedoch recht gut gelungen. Sowohl vom Design, von der Qualität als auch der Funktion. Ich habe den Ventilator zunächst auf dem Herd mit Ceranfeld getestet. Einfach auf ein kleines Kochfeld gestellt und auf kleine Stufe eingestellt. Der Ventilator beginnt schnell seine Arbeit und dreht sich. Daneben stand ein Topf der kochte. Der Wasserdampf wurde ordentlich weggepustet. Also sollte es mit der Warmluft erst recht funktionieren. Man darf allerdings nicht die Leistung eines normalen Lüfters erwarten. Das möchte man vielleicht auch garnicht. Es soll ja keine Zugluft entstehen. Der Ofenventilator soll die warme Luft des Ofens sanft in eine andere Richtung lenken und so die Wärme im Raum besser verteilen. Diesen Zweck erfüllt der Ventilator. Nett ist auch das Zubehör in Form einer Metallplatte für Gasherde und Duftessenz die mit Wasser verdünnt in zwei kleine Metallschälchen gefüllt werden kann. Die Schälchen stellt man dann in den Ständer im Ventilator. So wird auf Wunsch auch noch ein Raumduft mit verteilt. Man könnte auch nur Wasser nehmen und verbessert damit die Luftfeuchte im Raum, die bei Kaminöfen ja immer ein Thema ist. Das es den Ventilator auch noch in 3 "Farben" gibt ist auch eine nette Idee. Ich hab ihn in schwarz. Einzig der Preis von 100Euro scheint mir eventuell etwas zu hoch. Vielleicht wären 70 Euro angemessen. Aber es ist der einzige Ventilator der für mich überzeugen konnte. Il se met rapidement en marche et à pleine puissance on sent un léger souffle d'air à 1,5 mètre ce qui plutôt rare sur ce type de produit, pour le moment très satisfait à part le prix que je trouve excessif comparé aux modèles chinois, celui-ci est fabriqué en UK et de très bonne qualité.

Noisy fan and no company help. I thought that not being a mass produced far east product would somehow make the cost difference look a smart move. The design is good, the performance is good the noise is an issue. I went back and forth with observations, video evidence but no joy. Every company gets a bad part, no big deal, it is how you resolve it that separates the good from the bad. When your last email is we don't replace if you bought from Amazon, 2 years warranty as detailed on a card in the box, with no mention of not being available if not bought direct or any mention of it in the ad, makes this a worse experience than buying from lower cost companies.
