Perfect replacement; works well; still using original one but it can go down anytime and I wanted to be sure we had a backup ready to go.

I purchased this and the buttons stopped working in about 3 months. I bought it a second time and right out of the box the buttons are wonky, doesn't send a strong signal to the TV and you have to click several times to send a signal. This is also completely overpriced compared to other similar models here on Amazon with way higher ratings. I really am so over all these cheap knock off and poorly made products making their way onto Amazon. Amazon should also show where these products are made to give an indication to the quality.

The new one is stated to be 1385A in seller title. But their picture shows 1385B. I didn’t know if I would get A or B. Well, I got B. My old one was “A”. Everything else matched perfect. The new remote worked right out of the box AND it was charged 100% to boot!! My take is 100% satisfied. Considering a new one from Samsung is $99 + Tax & shipping ($117), this was half price. And worth every penny. Again, operated perfect out of box. Buy it! Oh, did I mention if you buy from Samsung warranty support is full of red tape. Read up on it. Thanks Amazon.

My dog ate my Frame TV remote and I ordered this. As good as the original, and it's black instead of white. Paired instantly to my frame TV and I've had no issues since. Think the battery life might be better than the original too.

The o mg problem I have with these is I keep losing them somewhere in the couch snd can’t find them. Build in a location finder. 🤣

BOUGHT it Dec 13th 2025... received it 12-18-25... Not even 50 days later it stopped working... will not charge up no matter what!!!! From what the research says the computer board is SHOT... 50 DAYS AND IT'S NO GOOD.. This was entirely too expensive for it to work ONLY 50 days!!!

It was a poor choice. Bought in November and three months ago it had to be continually charged and soon after I keep getting messages the battery is low and now will not work. Co

The continuous fast forward button (hold left/right directional) is not functioning. Tested with Samsung remote for another tv and confirmed it’s the remote. Outside of return window unfortunately. Otherwise remote works as expected.

i'm not happy about this replacement as it's not 100% as the original , the commands taking a lot of time and we have to keep it in the charger in order to be able to use. i don't recommend it
