Just had it installed and we all just love it !!! Simple to operate and the rain shower is heavenly!! May need to install a water pump for extra pressure

Amazing shower. Family loves it with its variety of shower sprays. Design and controls are great with a wide shower head. Outstanding quality product.

If you like an invigorating, powerful showering experience, then sadly this is NOT the shower for you. Even with our high pressure megaflow water system, the handheld shower head of this shower is very underpowered, opting for a more relaxing zen like spray. There is a button on the head which offers an even gentler spray! I just cannot fathom the point of having a supposedly premium shower where the handheld spray head that comes with it does not offer a powerful spray. And there is simply no point having dials on the mixer to adjust the pressure when turned up to full, the pressure is underpowered to begin with! Next, the overhead rainshower. Unfortunately it is the worst I've experienced. I've used an Aqualisa and a Hansgrohe rainshower in the past, and both offer a much better, more relaxing rainlike feel, especially the Hansgrohe which was great. The unique selling point of this Grohe 360 Duo shower is the 'massaging' spray of the overhead shower. It's a gimmick at best, and does not feel like a massage experience in the slightest. It neither relaxes or invigorates, it just annoys if anything with its non uniform spray pattern. I like the mixer and the idea of having push buttons to turn on and off the water and havibg individual water pressure dials. Also, being able to have all spray patterns on the rainshower head and handheld head on at the same time is nice in theory. However, the reality is that with an underpowered shower such as this, doing so just reduces the pressure of each head too much. The shower is way too overpriced for what it is. It's a hugely expensive disappointment and I will be steering clear of Grohe showers in future.
