I bought some that weren’t magnetic and didn’t like them. Then I found these. They are great and is easier to screw tiny screws in my sewing machine.

Awesome, but not for sewing machines
I love these things, and they're sturdy.HOWEVER. I bought them for repairing/adjusting old and new Singer sewing machines, and the flat head stubby is too thick to fit most of the screws. It can remove the presser foot on a Singer HD and somehow remove the needle plate (considering it doesn't actually fit in the slots), but doesn't fit almost any other screw I've tried in my machines. I'm currently shopping for a replacement.
