I want to use magnets to hold 2 sides of a very fine fabric jacket together. Would these magnets work please?

I think it would. Those magnets are really strong. I use them mostly to hold laminated sheets of paper on a board but they always keep them in place.

will they ve okay on two sides of glass?

Depends on the thickness of the glass they are small magnets 2-3mm shud be ok

Are these ok to use glue on for fridge magnets ?

Yes they will work fine. One thing you will need to consider. Probably not a big issue but these are slightly roughly finished round the edges so could scratch a fridge if you dont sand the edges or coat them.
