Took this cooler on a 2 week trip to Canada. It worked flawlessly whether in the car or in our room. Cools quickly, is quiet, had no problems at all with it. The larger size was just right for keeping food and drinks cold. It will definitely be my new go-to for longer trips. No ice, no water to drain, keeps everything at an exact temperature. My wife wasn't sure about it when I ordered it, now she very impressed and loves it!

We purchased this electric cooler for extra refrigeration while camping, but we've used it at home and on the road. It's very convenient and does a great job keeping food cold. Lots of space inside. Very convenient to be able to run this on 12V or 120 socket with both power chords attached. It reached temperature within an hour. Really enjoy having a handle and the larger wheels seem durable. The whole unit feels sturdy. It tends to run 2-4 degrees cooler than the control indicates, which has not been a problem. We experienced great customer service when the first cooler did not get cool. After providing the information and video requested by email, they quickly shipped a new cooler to us free of charge. The unit has been operating for a couple weeks now in my pantry with no issues. Hoping to get a few years out of it.

I can not say enough good things regarding this cooler. We have an SUV tent so no camper and this has been a lifesaver, well it has made it so much easier to keep our food cold and not soggy. Works great for beverages too as you can set your temp and it keeps it. Even in the 100 degree heat of summer our milk and beer was always a nice 36 degrees. Highly recommend this. Especially since you can plug it into your car while traveling so your food never risks getting warm and spoiling.

We purchased this car refrigerator for a recent road trip. The item shipped fast. Unfortunately there was an issue with the cooling of the first unit. I contacted customer service. We tried to trouble shoot but no luck. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. They quickly shipped out a new unit in time for our trip at no cost and we disposed of the nonfunctional unit. The new unit works great and cools very quickly. I would order from this company again. Thank you!

Background: I’m an EP mom whose supply has dropped and relies on frozen breast milk to feed her baby.I bought this cooler during Prime day and was hopeful but skeptical if it would actually work since I got it for a steal. I got this in hopes that I could reliably store breast milk in a temperature controlled cooler while camping for a week at a campground with electricity. To be safe, I did over night temperature tests at home. First with refrigeration then with freezing. Both tests passed with flying colors! (I tested the refrigerated milk with a thermometer to make sure it was the same temp as when I put it in the day before) Not only is this cooler essentially silent, it kept everything at the exact temperature I set it to. It was the most useful thing I brought camping. It kept my breast milk perfectly frozen during the entire week. Withstood all outdoor conditions of camping (changing weather, direct sun, dust, critters, etc) it even helped make ice when the campground store ran out. 10/10 recommend.

I received the ice chest and it had a problem. I contacted customer service and the very next day. They sent me a brand new one and it worked great. I was very pleased with Customer service that new one works great.

After running this unit inside my home with AC/DC adapter plug, NO chilling going on. It registers 72 degrees F. Room temperature. It hums along but will not chill. Now I'm expected to pay the return postage on this very heavy unit. I'm waiting to see if this company will work out a fair solution. I want a unit that works. I should not pay postage to California. I've never had food in it and it's being returned in its original shipping container.Jul 25, 2024 6:14 PMI ordered this unit new from the seller. It never worked--would not chill inside at all. I asked to send it back for a refund. The mailing label from the seller informs me I must pay for shipping. I am asking this seller to pay the shipping for the return and to replace the unit with one that actually works. It seems sturdy and well insulated. I would rather have a replacement than a refund. The portable refrigerator is a good size with option to cool or freeze. Good value for the money. Easy to use and transport
