Got this for my office. It has made life so much easier. Doesn't distinguish between different bill amounts so you have to separate ones, fives, tens ect. But it's a great basic bill counter for a good price. Has saved me a lot of time.

Just remember - this machine COUNTS the bills - does not ADD the money on the bills - it is JUST A COUNTER - not made for ADDING the bills that you have. That being said...just having a machine to COUNT the bills has been an incredible time saver and a great double check because it is so fast! I love it!

Hello,The machine has met my expectations. It counts the bills with unbelievable speed and is so accurate. The reason why I did not give 5 stars is because when I first received the machine read the little book of instructions and tried it out the bills went flying everywhere. I tried several times and bills still went all over. I had the machine exchanged and received the new one and the same thing happened. I ended up folding the bills lengthwise a little put it in the feeder and Bingo, every single bill went neatly into the stacker. I also placed the bills in backwards and Bingo, every single bill went neatly into the stacker. I suggest the instruction book include these little ideas to try. Overall, I like the electric bill counter! :)

Bare minimum in counting money. Only counts number of bills, not denomination. Just a paper counter, but is a little work horse.

The customer service is outstanding. I had this machine start acting up, and called them. Marjorie G. took wonderful care of me. Emailed me a prepaid shipping label and I had the machine back 1 week late. My machine was only a year old and had only been used 8 times, but it had been sitting idle for a long time. (we only use it for fundraising events). Well, Marjorie told me to run the machine every few months to keep it tip top shape. I love the size and its easy to use features, and the price.

Thing shoots bills all over the place half the time, even after careful adjusting of the tension. Breaks all the time with random error codes, have to spend time calling them or spraying it with air in every nook for 10+ minutes to get it to read. Thing is really cheaply made too, the bill stop isn't actually attached by anything, so it just falls off often. Total junk, wish I had spent a little more and gotten something better.

Have been using it for abou 2 months now . . . always a perfect count. Bills have to be in good shape. Even if it jams it will continue to count accurately after the jam is cleared!! . . It will jam with very old / wrinkled bills as with other machines.Great Buy. Will buy a second one.

This is the worst money counter ive ever seen or used. DO NOT BUY IT. Totally useless for canadian currency. After hours of adjustments and tuning the machine doesnt do its job. Poorly designed im sure i wont be the first to complain.
