This is so bright! Just what I needed, simple to install. I’m thrilled with how it looks and lights up my entire desk surface. Just be warned that the remote requires a strange sized battery that I had to order and the light controls are behind my monitor so I can’t reach them. The remote is essential!! But I’m very pleased overall!!

This desk lamp by Neatfi is bright, sturdy, and its gooseneck flexible yet extremely strong so it'd be better worded to describe it as pliable instead. With this lamp, I can pivot or angle it however I want and whenever I need it to with minimal effort. This came in handy when I dropped something and needed to illuminate underneath my desk to retrieve it. I did so by simply extending the neck straight out and putting it back to how it was afterwards. All in the span of maybe 30 seconds which saved me the inconvenience of grabbing my mobile phone. The LED lights are 15 watts so it can get extremely bright. It has a step-less temperature and brightness range which means the changes are not abrupt so as not to strain your eyes during phase changes. It also has motion detection so it comes on automatically as you walk toward it and turns itself off after X minutes of non-activity to save on electricity. It's also darn convenient to bypass the need to turn on/off the lamp with each use. It also has a timer function in thirty minute increments that may prove useful for some. Lastly, it comes with a remote control as well. Unfortunately, it comes with an unconventional battery which isn't even included. That said, I just don't see myself walking around with a remote for a desktop lamp so I'm more than happy to disregard it altogether, at least for this review anyway. All in all, I'm extremely happy with this gooseneck lamp to recommend to others. That said, I feel that it's a bit pricey even with a bit of discount sale going on at the time of writing. I'd change my review to highly recommended if it were priced at around $50 or lower. 4 out of 5 stars.

Great desk lap for the office. I like that the power is on the lamp itself and not on the power cord.
