Outstanding
These plates are a high quality and the colors brighten the table. My friend liked the small bowls I bought her for Christmas so decided to buy these for her birthday. The companies customer service is outstanding. One plate had a defect so I reached out the company per the note in the box. The response time was less than 48 hours. By the third day I was updated on the expected arrival date. In less than a week I received a replacement.

Gorgeous and practical
gorgeous/attractive. Love the size for helping me cut down on portion size. And studies show that blue helps prevent overeating.

Poor Customer Service - Still no follow-up
This review is about the customer service of the company, more than the product. Discovered when I opened the plates, discovered that two of them were faded on the print. Both were the same plate color and style. I followed the instructions on the insert in the packaging. Sent them photos, order number from Amazon, and it has been over a week and no response. Love these plates, big bowls and dinner plates. But given the lack of response from their customer service I would be leary to order something ever again.
