Great value and easy to complete
I paid £8.49 and consider it a real steal. Just scratch of the cover on the back the card to reveal the code; start My Drive Connect on your PC and scroll to near bottom, under Quick Links on My Device page. Enter the code and then connect your TomTom device and it will then advise you have updates for Speed Cameras, select update and it took me about 12 minutes to complete, I also updated community maps at the same time. I have a TomTom Via 135.

Less than half the price direct via TomTom MyDrive - scratch off code, enter on MyDrive Connect home screen - scroll to near bottom, under Quick Links on My Device page. Job done at half price :)

TomTom safely cameras subscription.
These cards are easy to activate if your device connects to TomTom Home. However if you have one of the latest devices that uses My TomTom then the serial number won't be recognised and you will have to contact customer service to activate it.

Works well for me,so far has picked up all cameras since using it.Had to contact Tomtom customer services to get the code to work on my live 5000 which was done very easily via email.

Good price - rubbish database
Unfortunately, I purchased the safety camera update from Tom Tom directly and paid full price. Wish I had found this pre-paid card first and saved a bit of money. Worse than that, having got the 'latest' safety camera database from Tom Tom, it is very out of date. There are cameras reported where there haven't been any for several months (old roadworks) and cameras missing usually due to new roadworks. It seems Tom Tom can take ages to register safety camera changes.

Useful way of updating your TomTom Speed Camera subscription for a year but beware it is not suitable for 'Live' devices.I had to use the support service to utilise it as I had changed my device.

Not an up to date database
Sadly the TomTom Uk Speed Camera Database leaves a lot to be desired. Get the "latest database" but then cameras which have been there years arent even on!
