Was after a steady table, and definitely got one. Very steady and looks great. Very simple assembly.

Easy assembly. Extra parts included in case you drop one down a floor vent, etc. Light weight so you may want to add some non skid pads to the adjustable feet. And it's obvious in the description so realize the top is not smooth, though it is all solid wood. You will need a pad if you write or draw on it. Very well packed and protected and well worth the money.

I wanted a solid wood desk with an industrial style. This was a perfect fit. I LOVE how it looks. It's sturdy, large, and real wood. HOWEVER, the wood is very thin and makes a hollow sound when thumped. You cannot write on a simple sheet of paper without something underneath it due to the grain of the wood and the deep grooves between the panels. NONE of this bothered me. I am using it for work with my laptop and bought a desk pad for the center. Problem solved and I still got what I wanted. I also get a lot of compliments on it.

I bought two of these, a 60" and the 54"(?) can't remember. Bolted them together and made a nice L desk. Even at the lowest it sits maybe a little high but I think it's fine. Pretty light weight but very well reinforced rails that make it strong and solid. No doubt I could sit on it. The under side is deep and cavernous. Difficult to find a pencil drawer or something like that to mount under it. But over all this will work great for my home office set up.

Assembled by one person in about an hour, it is sturdy and large enough to support dual monitors without taking up too much space in the room. Did not rate 5 due to desktop surface not being solid so if you are looking for a writing desk, will need a solid surface. I'm satisfied with the purchase.

SOLID WOOD and STURDY, but not too heavy. I can’t rave enough about this desk. We wanted a solid wood table at a decent price since it’s for a college kid’s room. This is SO good! It was the ONLY solid wood this style and price range I could find. Others were $400 plus or fake wood. Some manufactured wood isn’t bad but so hard to tell online and big pieces like this aren’t an easy Amazon return like other products if you’re not happy. And crazy to me no reviews talk about the looks and quality of the wood/fake wood. Along with sturdiness that is huge! I spent days looking for a desk, reading through useless reviews and took a chance on this desk- I’m thrilled and my son is too! My son said it was super easy to assemble.The only issue I had is I wish they offered more stain options. The stain was too red next to the other wood, easy fix. Two coats of General Finishes Gel Stain in Spanish Oak that took literally 10 minutes each. Was super happy how much 1 coat toned down the red (2nd pic) but we decided to add a 2nd coat and not wipe off so much product. Zero sanding or prep.

Cheaper quality of table top than I expected. Extremely light board. Would not recommend for heavy use.
