Extremely happy with the product, super comfy.Instructions are crystal clear (although the only instruction NOT shown is how to attach the higher pillow), the courier also mentioned that normally he would have refused to deliver the package, as the weight of the box + chair is 30kgOther than the above I can't fault this product whatsoever, would definitely recommend to anyone into gaming

Really comfortable. I like the fact that it has adjustable armrest and they are soft, not a hard plastic like my last chair. I can be all day in this chair without being uncomfortable any moment.The only bad thing I found was that the superior pillow is a little lower for me, it shouldn't be a problem for shorter people.

Had to send this back after discovering damage on the gas cylinder and metal base.Credit to Scan though as i got my refund within a week of sending the chair back.
