Product Description The innovative Elements Outdoor Backpack mantona units a trekking backpack, a photo backpack and a camera bag in just one single product. The camera bag thereby is integrated through a lateral compartment in the backpack in such a way, that quick access to the camera is ensured at all times. The bag provides adequate space for a small DSLR or system camera with two lenses and its inside is soft padded. Smaller accessories like memory cards or filters can be stowed away in the zipper compartment. The bag comes with two loops, allowing photographers to wear it e.g. on their belt - independently from the backpack. Variably adjustable straps and the well padded back ensure high carrying comfort, even during longer trekking tours. The backpack is made of extremely light nylon. Apart from this, the backpack comes with a belt for trekking sticks or tripod, as well as a bag for storing a beverage flask or a tablet computer. Many more additional pockets, like e.g. in the lap belt, provide space for mobile phone, etc. For use in poor weather conditions the backpack is equipped with a rain protection hood. I purchased this backpack 11 months ago and loved it. The multitude of straps and storage options ...
I purchased this backpack 11 months ago and loved it. The multitude of straps and storage options meant that I could carry everything I needed for a day out with kids AND my camera. Within a couple of months one of the side straps came off however with adjustment I didn't worry about it. But now it is falling apart in several places (and it has been quite lightly used) with the main straps pulling off, the other side strap nearly fallen off and the blue outside coming off. Given the price and how awesome the bag is functionally, I am very disappointed.UPDATE - after complaining about the straps coming off, I have been sent a brand new bag for no charge (and no request for the old one) - I am thrilled because the bag design itself works really well for me (camera safe plus lots of kids bits) and the new bag feels more sturdy with possibly thicker fabric and hopefully stronger straps :)

Excellent hiking camera backpack
Its very rare that I move myself to write any product review, however, after a feeling of trepidation when I ordered this bag, thinking it would be the same as all the others (too much camera space and not enough for all your other walking gear), I was really happy when I received this. From the outset when I unwrapped it I knew it was going to be good.1. Large area, separately zipped off from the lower compartment, on top, for all your hiking gear. Enough room for a couple of layered tops, light fleece, snacks, etc.2. Water bottle (or tripod) pocket on the side.3. Separate zipped laptop (or maps) section at the back.4. Large lower camera section with a separate, removable camera bag. This is large enough for my Canon 80D with a 18-135mm lens attached, alongside my 100-400mm lens! Ok, all without lens hoods attached, but even so, pretty spacious and I'm sure with a bit of jiggling around the lens hoods would also fit without any problem.5. It's a proper hiking rucksack and feels comfortable when wearing it too. That coupled with being the right size for cabin luggage means its ideal for taking my camera kit away.Overall, really happy with this bag and am looking forward to using it for our holiday in Canada!

Great design - shoddy quality
I so want to love this bag, they got so much right. It is somehow one of those big small bags, it’s dimensions are smaller than my crumpler but it fits as much in, and is super comfortable on the back.Sadly mine is brand new and immediately part of it came apart as soon as I got it out of the box (see pic). Admittedly it is a non essential part, just a strap stay, but it makes you worry that others comments regards quality are well founded. Disappointed.

I really enjoyed this bag
I purchased this item on the 11th of Sep 2015.I really enjoyed this bag, I used it on every holiday trip with my DSLR. Great solution to take your material and your personal belongings!I would have been pleased to stop here> unfortunately, this bag is now in pieces, some strap are coming off... but my biggest issue is all my stuff in the upper level are coming down, against the camera. Now, I am really disappointed as it became unusable after less than 2 years (about 14 holiday)... quite expensive for this lifetime!regards

Great bag for a travelling camera enthuisast
I bought this to use on a 6 weeks visit to Australia so I could keep my camera, Canon EOS80D, lenses and MacBook with me on all the internal flights ( 7 in total). It also served as a day pack when walking in various locations through the country. It has served really well being used, and abused a bit, every day of the trip. It carries the camera and lenses well with the internal bag making it easy to get access and the smaller bag itself also good for the camera a couple of lens and a small table top tripod. I have been really pleased with it and look forward to taking it on my future travels. After that use it is a good new with no real signs of wear at all.

Perfect multi-purpose bag
I'm really happy with this backpack, it is exactly what I needed. The first time I used it was at a BMX race. It started raining soon after I got out of the car, and the rain cover was easy to use and protected the whole pack. Because the ground was wet and muddy, I wore the pack all day, and didn't even notice the weight. It was easy to access my camera from the side. I have a Nikon D7200 with 18-140 lens, as well as a Tokina 12-28. These easily fit in the camera compartment, along with some filters. The top compartment is roomy, and the front pocket easily takes my rain jacket. I like to take my camera hiking, and this suits the purpose perfectly. I also like that the camera compartment is removable so I can use the whole bag as a hiking bag if need be. I think this will be great for my next trip overseas to use as a cabin bag, and also having the option of carrying the separate camera bag as a shoulder bag.

Perfect mix of camera and general storage in lightweight great looking package
Used this bag to carry dslr with 55-250 and 10-18 lenses in dedicated camera storage compartment and plenty of room in top section for extra layers and food for whole day out. Really comfortable on the back with lots of adjustment to find comfortable position. Plenty of space on the outside for drink and tripod/monopod. Bag has lots of room but if you get short the whole camera compartment can come out and be carried separately.

Good value.
Well worth the money, a bit small for Canon 5d and lenses. Very comfortable and well built. In the end my wife took it and I bought a larger one ( Amazon basics orange one, a bit bigger)
