Love GIR products! The first one I got was the skinny spatula, and I loved it. I have had it for almost five years and am just starting to see some wear on it, which I think it good for a silicone product and I use them A LOT. I had the opportunity to get the mini flip and it is right on par and is as expected! These things are super durable, don't stick, and are very heat-resistant. The material and feel are sleek but not slippery, and it feels really nice. They have great color options too; I got the "Slate" color, which is like a grayish blue. The mini flip is an interesting spatula size - don't be fooled by the "mini" in the name.. it is still a great size that can accomplish plenty of tasks. As mentioned, super durable and has a nice thickness to it without being overly thick or too thin. It also has a good amount of flexibility to it - sturdy enough without being rigid but not too bendy that it cant hold up under something heavier. I do not have to worry about melting, which is huge, and they are dishwasher safe. They are very easy to clean by hand, too. Really good quality.

I have a variety of different sized silicone spatulas. This one is right in the middle, size wise. Takes just one try and whatever I want to turn lands perfectly.

It is definitely on the small side. But has a great ability to 'get under" a pancake (or an egg) and especially relative to the former is very very capable.

I have a few metal-handled spatulas that I like, but this one from GIR honestly feels even higher quality. The silicone is sturdy but flexible in all the right ways, and the one-piece design makes it super easy to clean—no gunk hiding in creases or seams. I've had it for a few months and have cooked at very high temperatures and thrown it into the dishwasher with not a single sign of wear. But let’s talk about the sprinkles. The design is so fun and cheerful without being over-the-top. I swear I can almost feel the texture of the sprinkles even though the surface is totally smooth. It adds such a playful vibe to my kitchen, and it actually makes me happy every time I use it. It’s officially my favorite utensil now—I reach for it constantly. Whether you’re baking or cooking, it does the job and makes it more fun. Highly recommend!

I really like these spatulas overall. They’re sturdy, feel well-made, and hold up great when it comes to cleaning — no staining or weird residue after use. The only drawback is that the edge is a little too thick to easily slide under something delicate like an egg, which makes flipping a bit tricky. That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, they’ve been excellent for everyday cooking.

This is by far the best silicone spatula I’ve ever used. Firm yet flexible at the end, with a fine tapered edge to slide easily under food like no other spatula can. I’ll be replacing my other spatulas with these one by one, until these are all I have. Brilliant product. Worth the cost.

I have a lot of different GIR items and love them all. They stand up to cooking heat, clean up easy and are gentle on my cookware. I buy all back utensils so I can not tell you if the other colors hold up.

Seems very srong but I haven't used it extensively yet. But it sure beats the ones I bought at the Dollar store and the Cuisineart one.

Not great quality. Have barely used and it’s all chipped and split. Disappointing.

Just purchased to have a second one while using my favorite one that I’ve had for over 5 years! No stains after all these years! GIR tools are the best !

Apparently you get to a certain age when you get quite attached to kitchen implements. When my previous spatula died, I felt quite lost. This is an excellent, robust spatula. It’s filled a spatula shaped hole in my life.

Doesn’t burn, doesn’t get crusty. Lifts and stirs super well. Easy to clean. Sturdy. Exactly what you want in a spatula for cooking.
