I ordered this biome restore 50B live bacteria capsules, to help with my digestion. Which has not been great for at least a few months. So I’m hoping taking these will help do some repair. They come in a nice dark bottle which is great to keep light out. Though I’m not familiar with Artah, my first impression so far is good and I look forward to how these might help with my goal. I’ll update this if anything else is worth mentioning. Or unexpected after the daily/regular use of these. The added lion’s main and ginger/boswellia does help with the £45 price-tag.
