Biome Restore Gut Health Supplement.
I am really pleased with the Biome Restore capsules. They are easy to take and the 30 capsule pack provides a convenient one-month supply, making it simple to incorporate into a daily routine. I like the combination of 50 billion live bacteria and five different live strains. The delayed-release capsule technology is also a useful feature, as it is designed to help protect the ingredients as they pass through the stomach. The formula contains additional ingredients including lion’s mane, ginger and boswellia, which makes it feel more comprehensive than a basic probiotic supplement. I also appreciate that everything is provided in a straightforward capsule format without having to mix powders or prepare drinks. The capsules are a convenient size and easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Having exactly 30 capsules in the pack also makes it easy to keep track of the daily supply. The packaging is compact and easy to store, and the overall presentation feels premium. I also like that the product clearly states the number of live bacteria and the strains included, making it easier to understand what you are getting. I am very happy with Biome Restore. It is a convenient daily supplement with 50 billion live bacteria, five strains and additional ingredients such as lion’s mane, ginger and boswellia. The 30 capsule supply and easy-to-take format make it a practical option for anyone looking to add a probiotic supplement to their daily routine and offers excellent value for a 30 day supply.

Worth considering as part of a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle
I ordered this product because I’m very much aware of the importance of having a healthy and diverse gut microbiome – and live bacteria (such as in these capsules) can be a useful step along the way. I particularly like the range of bacteria incorporated into the capsules, plus the fact that Lion’s Mane and Ginger are included too. And it’s gluten-free, which is another plus. The delayed-release properties was another factor that led me to trying the product. I found the capsules to be easy to swallow, and left no aftertaste of any kind, so they’ll fit easily into my daily routine. The only downside is that they are – at £45 for 30 days’ supply – a little on the expensive side, but nevertheless worth it if they deliver the benefits I’m hoping for. It’s too early to say whether I’m experiencing any specific benefits because I’ve only just started taking them. I shall, of course, continue to eat healthy foods … I don’t think that supplements can ever really be a substitute for this. Nevertheless, I think that this product is worth considering as part of a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle.

Premium presentation and excellent first impressions
This isn't a cheap supplement, but the presentation certainly feels premium from the moment you open it. The outer box is very nicely designed, even down to the embossed branding, and inside there's a smart glass bottle rather than a basic plastic container. The bottle has a secure screw-on lid and was properly sealed when I opened it, which I appreciate. It also looks sleek and modern enough that I wouldn't mind leaving it out on the kitchen counter. The capsules are approximately 2cm long. I'm used to taking supplements and personally find them easy enough to swallow, particularly as only one capsule a day is required. I could also immediately smell the ginger when I opened the bottle, which is quite distinctive. It's far too early for me to comment on whether I've experienced any benefits from taking the supplement, and I'll need to use it consistently for much longer before I can assess that. What I can say at this stage is that everything from the packaging and glass bottle to the capsules themselves feels very nicely presented and well finished. My initial impressions are therefore very positive, although at this price I'll ultimately judge its value after I've had considerably more time to use it.

A comprehensive gut-focused supplement with an interesting combination of ingredients
ARTAH Biome Restore combines five live bacterial strains with lion's mane, ginger and boswellia in a delayed-release capsule. It is designed as a broad gut-focused supplement rather than a simple probiotic. Usage The capsules are straightforward to take and convenient as part of a daily routine. I experienced no noticeable side effects while using the product. As with any probiotic or complex supplement, individual responses can vary and it is difficult to determine the contribution of each ingredient separately during everyday use. Quality and details The 50 billion live bacteria count and five strains give the product a substantial probiotic component. Delayed-release capsules are intended to help protect the contents until they reach the digestive system. Lion's mane, ginger and boswellia add further botanical ingredients to the formulation. Ginger is commonly used in products associated with digestive comfort, while lion's mane and boswellia are frequently included in broader wellbeing formulations. Value for money This is a more comprehensive formulation than a basic probiotic, which helps justify its premium positioning. The value seems reasonable for the range of ingredients included. Conclusion A thoughtfully formulated gut-focused supplement combining live bacteria with several additional botanical ingredients. I experienced no side effects, and the overall formulation feels more comprehensive than a standard probiotic capsule.

Absolutely incredible gut-brain support
This ARTAH Biome Restore is an absolutely incredible quality product, and it fits beautifully into my gut-health and gut-brain support routine. I already take probiotics seriously because, for me, gut health is not just about digestion — it also connects with mood, mental clarity, energy, and general wellbeing. This formula feels especially thoughtful because it combines 50 billion live bacteria with five live strains, delayed-release capsule technology, lion’s mane, ginger, and boswellia. I really like that it is not just a basic probiotic. The added lion’s mane makes it feel more brain-supportive, while ginger and boswellia give it that calming, digestive and wellbeing-focused feel. It feels like a proper advanced formula rather than a generic gut capsule. Overall, I am very impressed. Excellent quality, beautifully formulated, and a brilliant supplement for anyone who understands how important the gut-brain connection really is.

ARTAH Biome Restore, 50 Billion Live Bacteria (30 Caps)
I ordered this biome restore 50B live bacteria capsules, to help with my digestion. Which has not been great for at least a few months. So I’m hoping taking these will help do some repair. They come in a nice dark bottle which is great to keep light out. Though I’m not familiar with Artah, my first impression so far is good and I look forward to how these might help with my goal. I’ll update this if anything else is worth mentioning. Or unexpected after the daily/regular use of these. The added lion’s main and ginger/boswellia does help with the £45 price-tag. So we’ll see how this goes.

Helped With My Bloating
I have been taking these for a little while now and I have noticed a real difference with bloating, which is the main reason I have kept taking them. I used to feel quite bloated after eating, but since taking one capsule in the morning, I feel like my stomach settles much better during the day. They have also caused no side effects for me, like gas or burps, and they have been very effective. I also really like the formula because I am getting a lot in one capsule, including Bifidobacterium strains, plus 500mg Lion’s Mane, 400mg ginger root and 300mg Boswellia. I like having all of these ingredients together rather than taking several different supplements. The bottle has 30 capsules, with one capsule being the serving, so it is really easy to add in to my morning supplements.

High Strength Probiotic Blend, but Premium Priced
The 50 billion CFU per capsule is what makes ARTAH Biome Restore stand out. Rather than being a simple probiotic, it combines five live bacteria strains with several additional botanical ingredients in a single daily capsule. The formula contains Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus paracasei and Bifidobacterium bifidum. It also provides 500mg Lion's Mane, 400mg ginger root, 200mg green tea extract and 300mg Boswellia per capsule. I particularly like the delayed-release capsule technology, which is designed to protect the live bacteria as they travel through the acidic environment of the stomach before reaching the intestines. In terms of effectiveness, probiotics can be very individual, so this is something I would assess after consistent use rather than expecting an immediate difference. The specific strains and their ability to survive digestion are also important, rather than judging a probiotic solely by having a large CFU number. The bottle contains 30 capsules for a 30-day supply, with just one capsule required daily. That makes it a very straightforward supplement to incorporate into a routine. My main reservation is the price. At £45 for 30 capsules, it works out at £1.50 per day, which puts it firmly in the premium supplement category. Overall, this is a comprehensive 30-day gut supplement with a high-strength five-strain probiotic blend and some interesting additional ingredients. I like the delayed-release design and one-capsule serving, although £45 per month is quite expensive.
