Best utility knife in the world! just made mince meat out of everything! every veggie known to man even some of the bigger veggies. Very sharp and grips so well in the palms no slipping off. Im just loving it so much, haven't used any other knives i have since this one arrived. So pleased with it. I would buy again and again and again. Such a reliable knife. Thank you.

This has proved to be a great knife. The edge it came with was very good, it held the edge well. Subsequent honing has easily maintained the sharpness. Very pleased considering the price.

Very sharp. Even slices through overripe tomatoes, makes slicing so much easier now. Goes through even the hardest of veg with ease.

Beautiful balance, quite a short handle so look at the specs if you’ve got very big hands. Too early to say on durability but, so far, a gorgeous bit of kit at a great price. Despite presenting as a Japanese brand, don’t be surprised that it’s made in China. As with all tools you value, wash it and dry it straight after use and do not put it through the dishwasher!

Messer wurde als Zusatz wegen der geringen Größe gekauft. Es liegt gut in der Hand, das ist perfekt. Die gelieferte Schärfe war ok, musste ich jedoch gleich nachbessern. Erst nach 3x nachschleifen auf 15 Grad mit meinem Horl 2 ( für mich das beste Nachschleifwerkzeug, teuer aber Top) ist die richtige Schärfe erreicht. Jetzt passt alles Nachtrag: Messer bleibt nach dem Schleifen nicht so lange scharf. Ist nicht ausschlaggebend doch einen Nachtrag wert. Als Vergleich hab ich ein Sankodu Grand Class Messer von WMF, wenn ich beide neu schleife mit gleichem Winkel. Man merkt deutlich dass die Schärfe schneller nachlässt. Nachtrag: Mittlerweile mein Lieblingsmesser, die Größe ist einfach perfekt. Und wenn man es regelmäßig schleift ( mit dem Horl natürlich) macht es einfach Freude es zu nutzen .

So far it looks nice. I saw some reviews about rust and it came dull. Mine came sharp and we will see later if it rusts. The wood handle part could be a bit more precision matched to the metal but it’s pretty good. I wanted a top shelf knife but I was not willing to pay over a hundred for it. This was fair enough with the coupon.
