I've lost 1 stone in 14 days taking this stuff along with their meal replacment and also - doesn't mean go kebab shop everyday day too- hit the gym 20 min cardio a day and then squats bench press shoulder press pull ups chin ups back rows etc

Not as filling but nice banana flavour!
I'm not a fan of banana flavouring normally but this one wasnt too artificial and tasted nice. The shake doesnt seem to be as thick compared to the strawberry's and cream flavour and therefore doesn't seem as filling. Overall not bad for the price!
