Cafe Joe USA Espresso Capsules, VARIETY SAMPLER, Nespresso Original Compatible Pods, 10-Count Sleeves, (60 Capsules)

I'm giving these two stars because the taste is actually very good when I could get them to work. The problem is that these worked so inconsistently in my machine (I have the Nespresso D40-US-SI-NE Inissia). More than half the time the capsules would break and water would leak all over the counter, or I would only get half the amount of liquid in the cup that was supposed to come out. This never happened in my machine with Nespresso brand capsules.**********************Update - I'm adding two stars because the seller is extremely helpful and prompt in resolving this issue.

I ordered the sampler package. I like the Ultra Strong the best. I had issues with the Trieste- the bottom was a harder plastic and it did not pierce very easily. As for the Ex. Strong- maybe something was wrong with the batch but it was very weak and look like the color of weak tea. Overall when they work they are better tasting than the other brands.

Like many others I had capsules that were open and made a very big mess besides the fact that they were unusable. Also many of the capsules cracked when used in my machine which I've never seen before. I'm not sure if that affected their taste or not. Actually coffee flavor varied from pack to pack about 50/50 for me in taste. Even though the price was decent I probably wont by this brand again.

Cafe Joe has great customer service. I had an issue with my order and they resolved it and continued to follow up with me to make sure it was set right. The pods I have been able to try work in my Nespresso machine and come out frothy.

First time I ordered was really nice, good coffee, all capsules in a perfect condition . Then I ordered a second time: still good coffee but: up to today I had 10 capsules which where damaged, so unusable and making a mess in the kitchen .

Merry like this coffee better than all the other nespresso imitators out there.Good flavor and actually a really good price for what you buy.Closest to the real nespresso pods yet

I thought it would be nice to get these relatively inexpensive coffee capsules for my new Nespresso machine. I was wrong.After struggling to enjoy an afternoon espresso made with these capsules (I tested three of the flavors), I pulled out a genuine Nespresso capsule that came with my machine and went for a taste test. Side by side, the coffees look different. They smell different. And they DEFINITELY taste different.Nespresso tastes like a real espresso. Strong, bitter, and slightly acidic. Cafe Joe capsules taste stale. I checked the expiration date to confirm that they were not stale. Nevertheless, the coffee this makes tastes identical to a Cafe Bustelo that has been opened and sitting at room temperature for over a month. In short, just not good.Nespresso pods might cost a bit more, but it's well worth it. You'll notice the difference!

I received a 6 sleeves of coffee but two of them had problems in that some of the capsules had come apart spilling coffee into the sleeves. I contacted Amazon and within a few hours had been contacted by Cafe Joe. Coffee was replaced with 10 sleeves as a courtesy. Fantastic and prompt customer service for a minor problem.And by the way the coffee tastes great is far less expensive that Nespresso.I will be ordering from them again.Don't you wish all the people you buy from would stand behind their product like Cafe Joe USA?

The pods are expired from January 2019 and delivered in September 2019 as if it’s safe for consumption. I’m extremely disappointed that they would send me food that expired so long ago. Seems like a scam.
