I have used this product before, in an earlier version, and it would appear to do what it states - at least it gives me peace of mind.My Daughter noticed a significant improvement on her DERV car when I used it on that after a service. I use it regularly on mine, and so far so good.

Seems to improve economy as promised - now getting 63mpg out of a C-class...VERY SMELLY and it clings They need to come up with an economical and simple means of dispensing the right amounts from these bulk cans.NB: Mine came in an old-fashioned tin can not the plastic bottle depicted!

Having used this for over 2 years regularly, I would say this is worth adding to every tank of fuel to ensure a cleaner combustion (and lesser soot, cleaner diesel particulate filter).My 2011 Golf has an exhaust cleaner than that on most petrol cars. It never fails to bring on the look of amazement - people think I have an LNG kit. Of course that also goes with better driving habits - driving a diesel like a diesel and not a Tesla. Keep your foot steady on the pedal and have a steady acceleration.The diesel particulate filter hardly kicks in with its regen cycle - even at times when the driving has been mostly local trips. I do make sure, though that my car does a highway run once a fortnight for about 30 miles on cruise control set at 70 - that ensures the DPF gets a chance to burn off any soot that might still have accumulated.

I used this on my last car ( Lexus is220D ) for years and thought , amongst other things , it lessened the EGR valve foul up.Made it easier to clean when I removed it to do this. I also never saw the car make ANY smoke , even under hard acceleration .It felt like it ran smoother at lower revs too . I drive at the lowest revs I can to use the least fuel , it was noticeable .The guy at the Motor Factors also said they sell loads of it to local taxis , so they must like it too.I read in some reviews comments about branded fuels verses supermarket and can only say when I worked in the only refinery in Central Scotland all the tankers got the same stuff from the same Tank .So I wouldn't buy it thinking I need to put it into say Asda's and not Essos for example

This product arrived well packaged, but the container was nothing like the product photo shown in the Amazon site. The container received is of rectangular metal, with a plastic handle of dubious suitability and reliability, and there was no pouring spout; the photo showed a plastic container with a pouring spout, but the product I received was completely unsuitable for pouring out the small quantities required for actual dosing. In view of the toxic warnings printed on the metal container sides, this product as delivered to me is unfit to be sold as a retail product.

This additive certainly seems to improve my fuel consumption by about 5% which is more than premium fuel did. I'd recommend buying a large syringe and enough plastic tubing to reach to the bottom of the tin to make refilling the 500ml measuring bottle much easier than trying to pour directly from the 5L container.I've just decanted what was was left in the steel can into an HDPE container because the can had rusted through at the bottom and leaked. Luckily, it was on a pile of newspapers so the floor wasn't damaged but it might be worth considering at the outset and I'd certainly advise keeping an eye out for a similar problem if you don't use very much of the additive, as I do now that I'm not driving as much as I used to. The stuff still works the magic though.

Great product and most economical way to buy it only gripe is dispensing from 50 mm dose from a 5 litre container which is impossible.Millers need to produce and market some way of dispensing it !

does what it says on the tin. definitly more power.you do get more mpg but it only just worth the time and effort as you have to carry your dose in the car before filling up.
