The bills always stuck. It cannot detect accurately if it is counterfeit or not. Even when the bill is real, it would get stuck and the MG or UV light wound stop the counting and not let the bill pass. Always have to recount and recount. Counting by hand might be faster if the bill is always stuck saying it is counterfeit when it is not.

It has a very unpleasant odor. It does not differentiate denominations. It just counts the number of paper bills inserted. I wish it had a setting to input the denomination of the bills so that if you would put all the same denomination in, it would give you the total dollar amount counted. I have used a currency counter in the past which had that setting capability and it made that other machine much more helpful. I do not recommend this product.

Spent all this money for nothing. The description is deceiving, it does count money for you the way an ATM or the bank machines do. You still have to separate your bills and then it counts the bills and only tells you how many bills it doesn't even tell you the amount. For instance if I had 5 twenty dollar bills it wouldn't tell me even if I put the denomination how much it added up to it would simple say 5 instead of $100

We have one of these for each of our offices. Great purchase.
