Great quality
It was very difficult to find Pac-Man party decor so when I saw these, I hesitated to buy because there were no reviews yet.Well I’ll be the first review to say that if you need a Pac-Man banner and balloons, get these!The balloons were super durable, and held helium for 2 days. I wasn’t able to use the banner unfortunately, but it’s made of a cloth fabric and is very high quality. I’m very happy with my purchase.
