Loved this it saved me a lot of time using it to make pierogies

I'm actually impressed by this product. I used the cutters and press to make Pierogi (see pictures). The stainless steel cutters are pretty sharp so they easily cut through the dough. The set includes three cutters in different sizes with corresponding dumpling press. I used the smallest cutter and for the dumplings the middle sized press. This particular combination produces the least dough scraps. The Empanada maker press is unfortunately made out of plastic (I would've much preferred stainless steal; at least the product description says it's made from Polypropylene which seems to be BPA free according to the internet. Of course I don't have any means to verify the material so I have to trust the description..) and is fairly robust. Since it cuts pretty well you don't need much pressure. I don't think it would be able to withstand a lot of force and I see it breaking at some point due to unintentionally pressing too hard. As you can see from the pictures the resulting dumplings are absolutely beautiful! I'm usually not very talented in making food look nice so I'm crediting the Empanada maker press for it. It cuts so well that the dough scraps can be removed pretty easily. I didn't use the included spoon for filling since it was much faster using my hands but the spoon looks nice so I won't complain.Overall, I'm very happy with the cutters and press. I would subtract 1/2 a star since it's only fairly robust but I think if you treat it a little delicately you'll have a lot of fun with it :)
