If you have a muscular / athletic frame you will love this shirt!
I'm 6' 1" 220, 36"-38" waist and have a lean muscular frame, broad shoulders and back. My wife loves when I wear this shirt. She calls me her "eye candy". I was surprised that an XL fit so well. The neck was a little tight at first but stretched over my big melon (head) very easily. I recommend a XXL if you have long torso or a thick chest. If you are a bit thicker through the belly get one size larger as you do NOT want the skull to fit the contour of your body. It looks really funny. I had my brother try it on and let's just say... You do not want the image of this burned into your brain! He's about 230# and 5' 10". The XXL would not have shown all the curves he displayed. You could easily see into his belly button right at the skulls mouth! Now that was funny... I hope you enjoyed this review.

Nice
Very nice shirt, but it does run a little small. My son is 6'4" and wears a 4x comfortably normally. This fits him a little on the tight side, but it does have a little bit of a stretch to it but not much of one. He loves it all the same.

size: ordered a 2xl It is very large. It looks far bigger than a 2xl. Im not sure if Im fond of the material of the shirt. The design looks great.
