arboleaf Smart Scale for Body Weight and Fat, Body Composition Scale

I’ve been using this arboleaf Smart Scale for Body Weight and Fat and it’s really opened my eyes to what I need to do to get and stay healthy. This is a useful and easy to use smart scale that one is connected to my app on my phone gives me a whole host of useful information about my body composition. It has 8 Electrodes on the base as handle, Body Composition Scale with Large easy to read Display. Connects via Bluetooth to a custom App seamless and stores all recordings ready to track. This is a good Body Scanner as well as normal Scale - the Full Body scans gives 50+ Metrics for BMI, Muscle Mass and even water hydration levels which is useful for me due to medical issue. Very easy to setup and use and exceptional report provided by the app even though it’s not 100% it gives lots of useful data. Very happy with how this functions and it’s excellent value for money for the extra awareness it gives into the body and a great health tracker equipment. Batteries included so a bonus in terms of value and quality - excellent kit recommended everyone to have these in their bathroom.

The handle makes it feel much more professional than the basic glass versions I have used in the past. It is interesting to see all the different body metrics on the screen, though some of them are a bit confusing to interpret at first. The screen on the handle is very clear and saves me from having to squint down at the floor. It syncs up quickly to my phone every time I step on it. It is definitely a GOOD piece of kit for anyone tracking their fitness progress. I just wish it felt a little bit sturdier for the price!

The scale is easy to use and connect once the app is downloaded and installed on the phone. The scale can be used as a standalone unit but using the app allows for historical logging/ tracking. I've used the scale a few times since early August and it has worked flawlessly so far. I don't have a way to check the accuracy but it appears to be spot on. I like the way it locks in on the weight after a few seconds. Aesthetically, the scale looks very nice! The only issue that I've noticed is probably just an oversight on my part, is that the app prompts me to connect to my wifi network but only gives me the option of using 2.4ghz but my network only has 5ghz so I haven't connected to wifi (yet). Once I have time, I may try to figure out how to turn on the 2.4ghz antenna on my xfinity router. Overall, very nice scale and I am happy with my choice!

Great scale for tracking trends. Not as accurate as DEXA obviously, but fairly close for what it is and costs less than one scan. I've been using it for months with their app, tracking my body recomposition. I've lost 18kgs so far (half since upgrading to this scale) It tracks your Fat/Muscle/Water/Protein all that jazz fairly well and consistently. It's definitely helped me maintain clean eating. I recently got a DEXA scan and the results (comparison are) Scale body fat 15.3% v DEXA 20.7% Scale trunk fat 7.1kg v DEXA 8.5kg So as you can see it is off a bit, but i've been tracking/trending down from the scale saying over 20% and 10kg and higher before i ever got a smart scale. I don't feel like a more expensive one would give any better results (although i am curious) but for me i'm happy with it and use it daily, logging it all with the app which i can generate a PDF weekly to track my progress. I've posted some pics of some of the app details etc. Highly recommend the scale to help you with your journey, it's definitely helped me and continues to.

I have the new Fitbit Aria Air but honestly, it is nowhere as good as Arboleaf scale. This scale is amazing. I can see all the percentage that I needed to know. I’m in love with it. Like totally! The best scale ever.

Setting up was a breeze. Though the app is bit slow in starting up & connecting with scale sometimes, overall very good. Very happy with the purchase.

I loved my original Fitbit Aria but it recently stopped working. Initially, I thought the Arboleaf was more complex than I needed. Plus, I wanted to track my weight in Fitbit and I worried this wouldn't sync as promised. I was wrong. I purchased this after returning the Fitbit Aria Air and I'm so glad I didn't settle for the Aria. The extra data isn't necessary (I'm not an athlete) but I've found it to be very interesting and motivating. This scale was so easy to set up, the app is easy to use and it syncs perfectly to Fitbit (though i almost exclusively track my weight in the Aroleaf app now). Plus, I purchased this scale while it was on sale so it was less than it's competitors. I've already recommended this scale to family and friends.
