I bought the First Day teens multivitamin and I'm really happy with the quality.The biggest standout for me is the clean ingredient list made from organic fruits and veggies, without all the extra sugar or artificial fillers. It’s super convenient for a daily routine, has a nice fruity taste, and a soft texture that’s easy to chew.It does a fantastic job of keeping daily nutrients on track. My mom orders this for my little sister because it really helps with her appetite. She doesn’t go without it, it improves the quantity and variety of food she’ll eat. It comes in fun shapes which she loves, and it’s very sweet so it’s almost like dessert. I personally don’t like the smell but she doesn’t mind it at all. She takes 2 gummies everyday and even asks for it when we forget. Great quality, totally recommend.

I bought the teen and kids multi and pre/probiotic bottles. The teen multi doesn’t have the same dry coating as the rest, so it’s kind of melted into a big clump. My son is able to get a serving out, but they’re VERY sticky. Nothing a rinse at the sink won’t fix, but kind of annoying. We’ll probably need to find them locally instead of shipping.8 yo and 15 yo say they taste okay, but not as much like candy as the previous brand we used. I can’t really speak to its effectiveness, but we’ll stick with them for a while.

My daughter loves these gummy multi vitamins. She says they taste so good and she doesn't fight me on taking them everyday, like most vitamins. I see a huge difference in my daughter's energy levels when she takes these. We will be continuing to purchase these kids multi vitamin gummies.

While these seem to be high quality my 13 year old hates how they taste and he is not picky. They smell gross to me as well so I know he’s not making it up. He will continue with the pro/pre biotic ones but I have to switch to a less awful tasting multi. Also, they do not seem to have fish oil and that’s usually what make multis taste bad so I’m not sure of the cause.

I love that these are specifically made for teens and include important vitamins and minerals for growth and overall health. My teen actually likes the taste, which makes it so much easier to remember to take them every day. I also love that they're low sugar, vegan and don't include artificial colors. Definitely a great addition to our daily routine.
