Once removed from the backing sheet you can cut the icing sheet with scissors or a craft knife. You can cut it into any shape you like so what about triangles for bunting, heart shapes, diamond shapes etc... Or why not cut it into strips and make a ribbon for your cake which is completely edible! It's like the new decoupage craze but for cakes! Suitable for vegetarians and kosher diets.

Very delicate.
I used this to cover a clutch bag for a 30th birthday cake. Very effective but quite delicate to use. Would buy again.

Save your money
this is tiny! Could`nt use it as it had obviously been stored in the damp and it frayed at edges when I tried to cut it (with sharp craft scissors).
