I think the cookie is too sweet. I used it for a jump start before a workout and in place of a dessert.

For only 2 net carbs you get a fantastic tasting protein cookie. Best flavor I’ve had. Their chocolate chunk is the second best tasting I’ve had. 8 seconds in the microwave and it’s even better.

Best low carb protein cookie ever. I usually eat mine post workout and it fills me up. You can probably use this as a meal replacement it’s that filling.

While these are great carb wise for a keto or low carb diet, they're high in calories and are kind of gross. In terms of texture, I felt like I was eating a muffin with pieces of paper in it. On top of that, they're way too artificially sweet tasting (maybe they're trying to overcompensate for the texture). I'd give these a hard pass and either make your own or buy Quest cookies instead.

I do a keto lifestyle diet. I like to use these cookies as a quick pick me up after a work out.

Taste like cereals

Such a fantastic keto cookie. So amazing. It's soft and delicious.
