Bought this for my niece when my go to product (JetLag) was not available. She loved it and said it helped. I bought some for a trip to Ireland (along with my regular JetLag) and used it and felt energized. Easy to dissolve on the plane in a cup. Easy to pack in your carry on personal luggage.
